At our guest suite, we take care of your first-class holiday experience: a luxury room, great services, and a beautiful view. It is your dream place to immerse in an environment of relaxation and try lots of exciting activities.
The Beautiful Suite
This gorgeous suite is located in a spectacular area of Sint Maartin. With a beautiful white sand beach called Dawn Beach just steps away and in a very safe location, this is your relaxing spot to be!
It is a 1 bedroom luxury unit with one bathroom with a shower and one bathroom without a shower. A living room and a kitchen. And, of course, an amazing terrace for you to enjoy.
The suite itself is fully furnished and has all the appliances that are needed. If you need to go to the town, it is only 15 mins drive to Philipsburg town center!
At our condo, there is serene privacy. It is not attached directly to any neighbors. It is a relaxing atmosphere with a magnificent view of St. Barths and Dawn Beach. It is a 3 min walk to this beach. Unlike other hotels, there is a quiet swimming pool for you to use.
There is also 24/7 security and warm & friendly staff at your service.
It is a very clean place and it is private so that you can enjoy your stay in safe surroundings.

- The town of Philipsburg is not too far
- Shuttle services
